Being Motivated to your goals everyday is a battle, because of distractions that sometimes we forgot our steps through our goals,

So in order to be motivated daily, you must know what your priority is, if you have to write it in a piece of paper put in your wallet or alarm in every hour to remind you!Do it! you have to stay focus, know your priority and it will give the motivation that you need everyday

What keeps me motivated is learning new things and doing things that I love each and everyday. Becoming a better version of myself. Check out my Youtube where I kinda discuss these issues :) . Subscribe if you like it!

well this is odd, but download the movie: There will be blood. Kinda a nasty movie in truth. But that first scene. He's digging for oil. He spends endless hours trying. He's dugg a deep hole but not sure if he'll hit paydirt. He almost kills himself trying. But then ........wow.....some sepage......and then a bit of oil starts come flow up. And then they can bring it up by the bucket. Before long by the barrel. But had he stopped digging or gave up at any point, he'd have no chance. From then on life got easier and he made it big time. Now for me My first "well" in life dried up, but my thought is at least I now know the process and I think I can do things better next time. So that motivates me to try again. And I think I'll appreciate it more the next time around. The first time I really had no reference point so I didn't appreciate the success. like most young people do. But ya so anyway....

Wake up, brush teeth, take shower, meditate, make breakfast, make tea, put creatine in tea, sit down, eat breakfast while watching a movie, get ready to do work, sleep….zzzZZ…

    What.

Shit. And I hate myself again…

This always happens and the fact that it always happens to me is no better, but one realisation hit me in the face while I was taking a shower: if an opportunity presents itself, I will never be able to take it in the state that I am in now. I am not strong, not well fueled, and not at the peak of my intelligence. I am ill prepared for the greatest opportunities to come to me and offer themselves up.

Sure I put out the best of vibes to the universe, to pass medicine, to get a good group practice session going, to become successful and find a balance, etc. But without an active pursuit, it will never happen. Good things never happening is a fault of my own.

So I have found the key, well a key that works for me, to unlock the unlimited brain potential I display for myself. It is to live within the same vibration of the idea that, when the opportunity presents itself I have to be at my peak. I can not use the future to motivate me, and not use the threat of a missed opportunity as motivation. Living within the idea is the greatest motivation I can come up with to ace all of my goals. Living in the present is one thing, but living in the present to always be at the ready to jump on any opportunity that presents itself is another. It is another entirely.

It means taking responsibility of my life and making a list of priorities which align with me and my success on this planet. And really looking at what is important to me and where I can realistically see myself in 10,15, 20 years. Then moving towards it and jumping on any opportunity which presents itself in that fashion. And preparing for the opportunities to present themselves constantly.

That is where I am right now, and I think I have gotten rid of the “Sleepy Season” problem. But I will leave that as a post for another time.

I somehow find inspiration from movies, as fiction reflects reality and just makes me keep going. Also some inspirational videos on YouTube are amazing, somehow works for me. :) This is my most recent favourite, it's astoundingly beautiful:

I've discovered if I have a "why" regarding what I'm doing keeps me motivated. So for example I've decided to accept a call to go into ministry even though i didn't believe I had what it takes to become a minister I'm taking a leap of faith to do it. My "why's" are God, family and friends. I know that God has guided me to this direction and he will provide all I need to be successful. I know that my family and friends are depending on me so I can not let them down. All these things motivate me to keep going in the direction that I am going.

I also create motivational videos. You can check them out at http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLDbZuuFBpPcKtDw9jgK2kNKvulU8Ib6y2

    Hi Everyone,

I keep myself motivated daily by watching motivational videos. The more I listen to these videos the more motivated I become. I reprogrammed my brain that way. And this feeds my motivation and triggers my success.

My favorite is Brent Armstrong Motivation - BAM -

Motivation is nothing but a Belief!
Motivation from external factors is not as effective as it comes internally.
People can motivate us, music can ignite the flare, lectures can teach us much, but at the end, we will do what WE believe is we should do.

For me, Motivation comes to you from the right priorities you will set in your life. It is the strong belief about what you think is worth doing and is actually the right thing to do.

If you think there is some Motivation problem with you, it shows your beliefs needs to fixed. Maybe what's right isn't actually right and what's wrong isn't wrong.
    Hope that helped. :)

For me it all start as soon as wake up in the morning, i do read my goals every morning and then listening to motivational audio tapes, and during the day i make sure that i have to make at least one person feel good about them self, as it also make me feel good while doing that.
And i have to look or reflect at the day and find thing that i am grateful for.

It's all about your 'WHY' factor & what exactly it is that you represent that got you motivated enough to begin with.

Represent- Who do you wake up for, who do you go an extra mile for, who have you seen whom you care about that is struggling with what life is throwing at them? - Any time you begin to feel any doubt, that should be a focal reason to re-boost your motivation. There has to be something that you hang onto everyday, there has to be a reason that haunts your thoughts everyday as to why you HAVE to achieve.

I keep myself motivated by reading blogs and books of successful people, visiting sites about personal development. Recently I joined a program Mantastic Life http://www.mantasticlife.com. It’s a really good thing! It helps me to reach my goals and become better every day.

If by any chance i lose sight of who i am and my motivation lowers i go back to my own self and ask myself 8 questions over and over until i am back on track.

I use pen and paper it helps me out track the root cause of why i feel demotivated and ten i act. I change what doesn't serve me and work my way back into being confident and motivated.

I wrote those steps into my article:http://www.self-retrieval-guide.com/435670465

Let me know your thoughts? It might work for you too...i know it did for me:)

This will be different from others'. I think we all tick differently when it comes to what works in motivating us. Personally, though, I find examples of people that are doing what I want to do, and achieving what I want to achieve. For years I had to work on shedding my tendency to compare myself to others. Too much of comparison is unhealthy, but just enough can be what I need to help drive me forward when I would otherwise stop pushing. In my experience, there have been no better teachers than those already doing what I want to be doing. I thrive off of competition though, so that method may be better suited for me than the next person.

Another good way for me to stay motivated, and it's something I've learned from my martial arts and the team I practice with, is to find people that are going to hold you in some way accountable for your improvement. You set the goal, the pace, and the expectations, but then find someone to tell and to check in with about it. I suspect that someone who can also relate to the same goal and is familiar with what it takes would be best.

These suggestions are probably tailored to the kinds of goals I personally make and may not work as well if at all for others'. I have other methods of staying motivated for other kinds of challenges too. I'll start here.

For one have goals. Humans are goal oriented. We are in our most happiest state when we are progressing towards something that we want to achieve.

I also read personal development and self help books. Autobiographies of successful people are phenomenal. You will learn that the most successful people have experienced lots of failures before they became successful.

Ultimately your "WHY" will determine how successful you want to become.
