Harmful Thoughts? (Thought Vibration)

    Some of my favorite success books are the "oldie but goodies". This book in particular, Thought Vibration, by William Walker Atkinson is a really good one. Specifically this chapter deals with how to control your mind from some of the harmful fear thoughts that we think about. Fear is what keeps many of us stuck... It certainly has done a number on me...and I still struggle. So I've been working to, not necessarily try to force fear out, but to observe it and deliberately choose another thought that will serve me instead of harm me. It definitely takes mindfulness and patience... did I mention patience.... sheeeeesssshhhh....
