    It can be hard to know how to begin a fitness regime.

    Its best to know your options.

    Hi Mrnace,

    It's important to know what do you want to achieve. Is it to have a ripped off 6 packs? Or to lose weight, or overall health improvement.

    There are various way from weight lifting, cardio dance to marathon challenge to engaging the personal trainer like what Md. Shohel Hossain mention.

    Start with the outcome. then list out the options and select the first 1-2 options and work on it. ;)

    In my point of view running is best for losing weight. Eating a nutrition food diet is also good.
