Kaizen - The habit of studying personal development.

    TL:DR
I am doing a habit challenge to help myself get accustomed to and commit to studying personal development , myself, man and life and applying what I learn to my life.

First of all this is slightly risky time to start one of these seeing as exams are about to sneak up on me but I'm standing firm.

Basically Building a manual to Man and Life.

I really believe this is here is the key to mastering one's psychology . I like to think of it like I'm building a never ending manual to guide me through life.

This is not a new idea but this is How I am going about it.

Everyday , spend an hour building the manual by doing personal development work, research and reflection.

Also throughout the day and while writing my nightly journal I will jot down observations add things I learned in a document called PTD ( perfecting the day).

    Fun stuff! Exciting stuff.

30 days as usual. Must report daily as usual.

Strict policy as to what counts: I have to

    1. Close all irrelevant browsers, documents, anything
    2. Eliminate all potential distractions
    3. Ask myself: is there anything that can potentially distract me? If so; return to step 2
    3. Play some relaxing study music
    4. Get comfy
    5. Turn on timer for an hour
    6. Review " Left Off" document inside blue app to see where I Left Off
    7. Update Left Off after Hour is completed

Some of my aims for this are to
    - Properly establish firm solid goals
-figure out how to stick to things effectively
-understand the big picture of personal development
-learn Procrastination conquering techniques and presence and mindfulness techniques

    Start date : March 8th
    End : April 8th
