    I had a major philosophical moment today...

    Thinking about my one and only existence.

    What went well today::: I had fun with Omar in town. My hair looked really cool. I got really inspired. I found what I think is the big idea of life or atlest a significant chunk. :)

    Congratz me!:DC:


    What went badly:
    1 I lacked direction. I did not really have any direction wether chilling in town or at home playing keys, I was half way in.

    Why? Poor planning. lack of structure. Lack of clarity. I dont really have any active plan for keys. or anything really. And the main
    tick is that I did not do my morning Sunshine orientation.

    Why? Resistance Fooled me. My fault.

    Solution: Remind self using wunderlist. Ensure proper planning and try and get to strucute asap


    2. Poor eating habits.
    Why? Wake up not so hungry

    Why? idk. Weirdly set up body clock.

    Why? Poor sleeping habits recently

    Solution: RIght now I dont want to give myself too much to work on. So maybe just a reminder


    3. Did not speak with friends

    Why? Resistance. Lazy

    Why? I find it to be a drag

    Why? it feels like so much work

    Why? I drag it out and always wait for the perfect time

    Solution:: Just GO! starting is the hardest part. Wunderlist.

    What went well today::: Had a great time with my family. Was able to conquer my mind semi successfully with rational thinking ( confidence)

    Yesterdays reflection really helped make today Awesome. I was able to chat with friends even when I did not feel like it AND i exercised and did my affirmations and this.

    Made good progress with self confidence and life research

    Made good breakthrough with Piano

    What went badly

    Still generally lack direction and sort of float around
    Solution: Prioritize Sorting out Direction

    Wasted a lot of time in Limbo.
    Solution: Use timer

    Morning was very scattered.
    Solution: Adjust morning Orientation


    Plan

    What can I do to fill my life with fulfillment Tomorrow?
    -Organize Piano Challenge/ Current music space
    -Practice Piano Voicings


    -Work On Confidence Dev. Plan
    -Do Affirmations

    -Chat with Lance/Joshua

    -Hang out and bond with Fam

    -Exercise

    What can I do to fill my life with joy tomorrow?

    - Make a dope ass song
    -Dance to great music

    *******Right now my priority is planning and research. I need to do this now. So when school starts I won't fal off so easy******

    Planning is best done at night

    Practice Piano Voicing- 5 hour timed-Organize
    Piano Challenge/ Current music space-2hrs
    -Chat with Lance/Joshua
    -Hang out and bond with Fam -- hour
    Sort Out Direction************* - 4 hours

    -Dance to great music

    -Watch Naruto -- NO. Prolly wont happen for a cool minute.

    What went well today::
    Met my cousin. Very cool guy! will be fun to hang.

    Was able to free up and let go and dance and have fun. Proud Proud

    Was more organized.

    Got important things done





    What went badly

    Fell into bad mood from bad memory of hard time.
    Solution: Was Able to shake it but I still acknolwedge that it needs to be dealt with.

    Was not able to exercise
    Why? It's awkward in the morning when everyone is moving around. I dont have my own space.
    What can you do? Ask for some space. Simply.

    Was in my head a lot
    Solution: Find more fresh powerful mindsets/quotes tomoz

    Back from hiatus with a fresh outlook and ready to work.

    I learned A LOT in my time away.

    The main change I am trying to implement into my life is a system of leverage.

    I want to slowly and patiently, one by one implement the changes in my life that will bring me the biggest changes
    As it pertains to filling my life with fulfillment and joy.

    I will go in cycles of 30 days, longer if deemed necessary at the end. Where I will focus solely on implementing the change and committing to making it a firm , solid habit and part of my routine.

    The first of these will be the foundation. A system to keep me on track with my goals, remind me where i am and help me evolve and maximize fulfillment and joy

    It is pretty simple though I will tune it and maximize it .


    mornings: Remind myself of my Philsophiy + goals + Day plan

    Mid day: alarm reminder to check day plan

    Night: Reflect and Evaluate day. Learn from the day and evolve to maximize joy/fulfillment tmrw


    I still need to figure out exactly how to make this a quick, effecient, lstreamlined , entertaining process , at night particularly


    Tmrw is day 1/30 then I start again on the next biggest leverage point.
