It ensures that they play a significant role in making economical and even financial decisions. These elements give them a sense of self-worth and dignity so that they can lead a successful and prosperous life. Women empowerment is that women have full access to equal social and economic justice without any huddles of gender biases. Stating the most common question that why women empowerment is important? Women have approximately contributed 50% in the entire world’s population and to strip half population of the world from its rights is not an encouraging choice. The economy suffers a lot if they do not contribute like men. Nowadays, women are a part of every single profession and are contributing to the economy. They are not just a part of the economy, but they are competing men at every single step so they are considered equally competent. Considering their success rate and their devotion towards making a mark in the world, the society is developing and the economic conditions have improved.
